Scott Gabriel is a content creator, writer, and director with a passion for human rights, international economics, and advocacy.
His original screenplay Space Kids won the 2020 Austin Film Festival and landed him on NoFilmSchool’s 2021 “25 Writers to Watch” list. His 2019 pilot Currency imagined a world where money suddenly lost all value, and won both SeriesFest and the Independent Television Festival. He’s developing a film with Scholastic Entertainment as a 2021 Scholastic Fellow. Scott serves as Executive Director of Visionarists, a minority-owned and culture-driven advertising production company. His commercial documentary work for companies like Mass Mutual, Lufthansa Airlines, and Western Union has focused on the immigrant experience, championing marginalized populations through corporate outreach, and winning both a Telly Award and the American Advertising Federation’s Mosaic Award for Diversity and Inclusion.
